At Sazerac Stitches, we want you to be delighted with your handmade lighting; however, because our fixtures are built-to-order, we offer a 14-day return window with a 15% restocking fee. Please ensure all items are in their original, uninstalled condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your lighting fixture in its original box with all mounting hardware and instructions included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Purchase a shipping label via your preferred carrier and share the tracking number with us so we can monitor the progress of your return.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects the item for any signs of installation or damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee.
